Michael Ringel is Chief Operating Officer at Life Biosciences, a company focused on cellular rejuvenation for diseases of aging. Prior to joining Life Bio, Michael was Managing Director and Senior Partner at BCG, where he worked for 25 years. He is on the Board of Hevolution Foundation US, the charitable organization focused on extending healthy aging, the Board of AFAR, one of the oldest organizations supporting healthy aging through biomedical research, and on the Executive Board of the Sheba Longevity Center, a clinic devoted to healthy aging at one of the world's best hospitals. Ringel holds a B.A. summa cum laude in biology from Princeton University, a Ph.D. in biology from Imperial College, and a J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School.

Philips Chief Medical Officer Carla Goulart Peron, MD, brings over 15 years of experience as both a practicing physician and a healthcare industry leader in medical devices and pharmaceuticals. She has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management and a Doctor of Medicine with certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and applies her experience, energy, and passion for the advancement of women’s health.
Kyoko (Kay) Deguchi began her career at Bain and Company in 1989. In 1997, she joined The Disney Store Japan to lead new business development. In 2000, she became the CFO and the first female board member at GE Plastics Japan.
Kay's career in healthcare expanded at Janssen Pharmaceuticals, where she worked in the US, Australia, and Japan, overseeing Alzheimer's disease, GERD, and establishing the Japan oncology franchise. She later served as President of Stryker Japan and then as Vice President and General Manager for Japan at AbbVie GK Japan, leading cultural transformation and process optimization.
In 2014, Kay joined Ochanomizu Orthopedic Rehab Clinic as Vice Director. In 2022, she co-founded a new orthopedic clinic in Niigata Prefecture to address the medical needs of the growing elderly population in rural areas. In 2024, Kay became President and Representative Director at PHC Holdings, Inc., where she currently serves.
Kay is also a professor at Kenichi Ohmae Graduate School of Business, where she teaches Corporate Finance. Additionally, she serves as an independent director for Heartseed, a leading company in regenerative medicine.
Kay holds a BA in Law from Tokyo University and graduated with distinction from Harvard Business School.

Starting in 2007 (yup, before Digital Health was cool!), he led Health 2.0, the leading conference series showcasing frontier technologies in health care until 2020. He has also maintained The Health Care Blog as a leading source of opinion, news, and interviews about health and health technology since 2003, now attracting around 100,000 visitors each month. He also talks a lot—maybe too much!
Abby has spent her career helping businesses and consumer brands grow as an operator, entrepreneur, advisor and venture investor, most notably in the wellness sector. In 2020 she co-founded Primetime Partners, a leading venture fund investing in technologies that improve healthspan and wealthspan, thus redefining how we age. Prior to Primetime Partners, Abby was a senior executive at SoulCycle, where she oversaw business development and new digital products. Abby has also been a Founder herself, teaming with Arianna Huffington as the Founding President of Thrive Global, a behavior change technology company focused on employee productivity and wellness. Abby began her career at McKinsey & Company then led product development at OXO International. She is a graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Business School.
